New Friends and an Award!

Hi its Alby here. I'd like to introduce you to a few of my new friends...

This is Chloe. Her Mum and Dad, Elaine and Steve, were in Mummy and Daddy's antinatal class. She is pretty cool and has lots of hair!

Next is my special friend Sylvie Hill. She was born on the 1st of May and I got to hang out with her a couple of weeks ago when she was only a few days old. Her Mum, Dad and big sister Orla are doing real good and we love seeing them. I know I don't look like it in this picture but I am very happy to meet her...

Here are Mummy and Hannah with me and Sylvie.

And here we are hanging on the bean bag. Its really cool cause there are photos of Mummy and Hannah together when they were babies. I hope we are going to grow up to be best of friends like they are!

It was all going so well and then Mum said I had to go to sleep but we just wanted to keep hanging out...

I had some lovely cuddles with Jon and Hannah. They laughed a bit at me cause I'm quite big and Jon says I have a large head like my Dad!

I went back to visit on Saturday as well cause I didn't get to see Orla the other time. She gave me some very lovely cuddles!

My next new friend is Mylo Bywater. He was born the day after Sylvie and is very little! Here are Mummy and Mylo's Mum Moana catching up.

And here we are together. We are going to get in so much trouble together when we grow up!

My last new friend this week is Theo Davies. He was born the day after Mylo (I know I'm going to get all these birthdays mixed up!) His Mum Theresa and my Mum are really good friends and I think we will probably get into a bit of trouble too.

Oh - I forgot a friend. We went and had dinner on Sunday night with a work friend of Dad's, Andrew and his wife Emily. They have a 15 month old boy called Arlo and a 3 month old baby called Darcy. Here is me and Darcy hanging out...

Last Monday Mummy took me to the Health Visitor to get me weighed cause she was interested to see how much I'd put on since my last weigh in. I weighed 6.6kgs (14lbs10). She was telling Uncle Joe and Aunty Asha about it and they laughed at me and Joe said I should be on Britains Fattest Families! I am very happy with my weight and even though Mum and Dad have started to call me Fatty Boom Boom I know they are only teasing cause Mum tells me its good to be fat as long as I don't start storing things in my rolls!

A couple of weekends ago we went on our first holiday. A few years ago Mum and Dad made a short film and it was accepted to the British Independant Film Festival. We went down to Poole and treated ourselves to a nice hotel.

This is me and Mummy at breakfast.

And me and Dad on the beach - it was pretty bright so he lent me his sunnies.

A family photo - thats me in the stripy hat...

We went to watch the short films in the competition. Well me and Mum got to watch half of one cause apparently you are not supposed to talk when the movies are on but |I didn't know that so I was chatting to Mum and she thought it was best we waited outside.

After the films were shown we went back to our hotel. I really wanted to go to the prizegiving but it was a bit late for me. Dad decided he didn't really want to go either cause he really didn't think his film would win anything... Mummy said he's better go just in case and do you know what? It won! I am SO proud of my Dad. He is the cleverest Dad in the world.
Here he is with his award.

And I got dressed up and had a photo with Mum and him.

Right - I'd better get going cause Mum is taking me to my first swimming lesson today. She is very excited about it - I'm not sure why? I love my bath so I'm sure I'll enjoy the swimming pool. We practised getting wet in the shower the other day and I loved that too. I'm sure I will be fine.

P.S. Mum told me to put these photos on cause they are some of her favourites from the last few weeks. Love to all and talk soon.

P.P.S Welcome to my newest cousin Lily! I can't wait to meet you! xo

I'm back... I forgot that we took these photo's the other day and Mum said we had to put them on too. So here they are.

See ya!
