It's good to be home.

Hi there. We've been back in the UK for a couple of weeks now and are settling back into life and our little cottage. Alby has been making the most of his ability to move and has been doing a lot of exploring. Here are a few picks of the state of the house after the 'Albinator' has been through...

We've managed to catch up with most of our friends and everyone has grown so much! We have also begun to celebrate 1st birthdays... Where did that year go?!

Alby has been enjoying some early morning frosty strolls in the park - the only place he is ever still seems to be when he is in his pushchair...

He has discovered that soft play places are fun... Albeit very loud and a good place to pick up nasty bugs!

He is developing into a real character and along with being able to say Muma, Da, do (dog) also loves to say banananananana when he would rather eat a banana than his dinner (most of the time)!

My tummy is growing by the day - we are now over half way. We have our 21 week scan on Monday and are looking forward to seeing how the little one is doing.

Hope everyone in NZ is well. We miss you!

Love Anna, Don, Alby and Baxter xox

Big Catch Up

Hi Everyone!

We have been all over the place since our last blog, so we have had to upload loads of photos... here is the story of what we have been up to since Christmas.

After Christmas we borrowed Tim's campervan and set off on a roady.
First stop was to visit Hannah, Jon, Orla and Sylvie in Taupo.

We found some classic old photos - Guess which one is Mum!

Next we headed west to visit Aunty Jean, Uncle David and our cousins Bryony, Renee, Hannah, Daniel, Andrew, Petra and Eva.

They have had an extension put on their house - now it's really big!

We gave them a pool for Christmas...

Next we headed over to the Hawkes Bay where we went to Aunty Asha and Uncle Joe's wedding.

CONGRATULATIONS!

We saw a pod of killer whales just off the front lawn of where we were staying.

Next we hopped on a plane and headed down south to Grandma and Granddad's.

We caught up with cousins Luke, Matilda and Lily.

And Aunty Fiona

We drove over to Queenstown to see Jeck and Isabella.

Grandma taught Mum and Dad how to make cheese...

And Granddad took me out to shift the sheep.

We also drove over to Porpoise Bay where Mum and Dad got engaged.

It was sad to leave the farm because it is now sold and we wont be back there again.

Next we flew up to Waiheke for a game of cricket and a wedding...

Suzy Schmitz and Jeremy Gibson - gorgeous.

After the wedding we sailed back to the main land and hit the beach with Poppa Chuff, Mary, Uncle Will and Aunty Molly.

Molly sang to me when I was sad and it made me feel better.

We caught up with Joe, Keryn and Isaac - then we went back to Masterton for a party.

I helped uncle Tony to put the tent up...

Aunty Asha arrived with Uncle Joe, Otis and Ted.

Then we went to Wellington to see Tamsin and Emma.

We were also lucky enough to see a parade for the IRB Sevens.

Go NZ!

The party was for Topsy, She is 60!

That is 59 years and 1 month older than me ... woooooah dude.

Happy Birthday TOPSY!

That night we went ten pin bowling.

And the next day we played in the pool.

I gave Topsy a goodbye cuddle then we headed back home to the UK.

I made sure the plane was well entertained most of the way home...

It was snowing when we got back and very cold, but we love it.

Dog, dog, dog, dog, dog, dog, dog, ( my new word)
