Daffodil Adventure

Today we went on a big walk to see the daffodil valley in the middle of Windsor Great park.

The older boys are getting very good at hooning around on their own...

especially down hill.

This was taken just before Alby's first big wipe-out of the day.

Beautiful Magnolias

Spring is definitely on it's way and the boys have been helping us prepare the vege garden.

Picnic season has also started...

Rupert loves it!

and he is also attempting solids now

Alby is 3!

So the 8th of March saw Alby turn three. It amazes me that three years have past since we feel in total love with this little person we bought home from the hospital... Where has the time gone?

Don travelled to the States on the 8th so we celebrated with a few of Alby's friends on the 7th. It was only going to be a couple of people but somehow managed to escalate to 9 kids...

Alby had asked for a 'space' party so I made some special cupcakes for the occasion.

We gave Alby his very own astronaut costume and he got the mask in his pass the parcel present.

We played pass the parcel...

Charlie was an Alien...

Rups thought it was hilarious.

He loved playing with his friend Felix Bywater who is 2 weeks younger than him.

And thought Gillie cuddles were the best.

There was lots of party food.

And the rocket cake I made was a hit!

The next morning we had presents in bed...

And after dropping Don off at the airport we tested out the new bubble gun...

Don took the big boys for a morning out the day before Alby's party to give me a bit of space to do some baking. They went to see the butterfly exhibition at Wisley Gardens. Alby apparently wandered around and identified every butterfly he saw in his butterfly book... I think they had fun!

We are off for a walk in our beautiful park now. Rups says 'see ya later!'

Busy busy

Apologies for the lack of photos lately.

We have been super busy keeping up with life as it races on.

The boys have moved into our room and they have more space and some new stickers!

We decided to take some family photos - with mixed results!

The boys are now big enough to be all together in the bath.

It is party season and Alby loves the excitement of having lots of friends to run around with.

Rupert is now rolling around by himself.

And loving the jolly jumper...

We had a family day out to some botanic gardens in the centre of London.

I have been away for work to the States x2, Switzerland, and France.

Filming a Nascar advert...

A launch for a new model of Landrover Discovery

A corporate ski race in Switzerland.

and the Daytona 500 Nascar race.

The boys love looking at my photos of cars when I come home.

Anna has been doing an amazing job looking after the boys while I have been away. The two older boys are becoming the best of friends and are very entertaining to live with.

As you may have seen on the news we have had terrible weather here in the UK. The park across the road has taken a real battering - but it makes for a great playground!

This video needs no introduction other than ... boys will be boys!
