On Friday the 8th of March Alby turned two and we finished moving into our new home.
We moved on the 4th of March and managed to unpack most of our things before Alby's party on Saturday. It was a pretty busy week but so worth it as everyone seems very happy with all the space!
We hired a couple of men and a van to help us move... Who would have thought we had so much stuff!
Alby was very helpful.
Don was away the morning of Alby's birthday so we waited till he got home to open most of his pressies. We had to open a couple though and he loved the cars Topsy and Tim sent.
On Saturday we had a joint birthday party and house warming. It was a wonderful afternoon and Alby had a great time.
Some of the kids dressed up as their favourite character and I made Alby a Max costume from Where the Wild Things Are...
Charlie was a Donkey.
Cerys came as Tigger.
I made Alby a tractor cake - he seemed to like it...
Alby having some timeout while waiting for his cake.
We had about 40 people here, luckily we now have the space to fit them all!
Everyone was very generous and Alby was very spoilt.
He opened his presents the next day and we now have enough cars to open a car yard.
In other news Don has finished his table and bench and it looks wonderful.
We have had a few cold but sunny days and the scooter has had a workout.
Gabe has been to visit.
And Don has been away working.
Filming for Mobil 1...
Madrid Airport.
Flying back into Heathrow.
Here are a couple of videos of the boys. Alby is a bit of a character and Charlie is on the move!
