Charlie

Hi Alby here... you have probably heard that this week Charlie Joseph Payton Rutherford arrived.

But first, a few more photos of me.

nudey rudey!

I have been spending lot's of time exploring in the park with Dad.

And before Charlie arrived Mum went for some walks too to try help him hurry up.

Dad is building a rocking horse for me - he says now that Charlie is here, that it might take him some time...

Also arriving on our doorstep this week was the torch relay.

Gabe's mum made us a torch of our own.

I thought the torch relay was overated and couldnt wait to get out of the rain.

But everyone else loved it and the sun even came out.

I got to spend more time hanging out with Dad while mum was away.

When we went to visit her in hospital, she had gone and had a baby!

He is a big baby but not as big as me.

Mum and Charlie were in hospital for a few days so I visited them a few times.

He came home on Sunday.

And we hung out with Jon, Simon, Sarah and Toby.

Bath time...

Mum is very happy to have Charlie here. Me... not so much - but I am learning to cope.

What ever this thing is for, I love playing with it. Mum keeps telling me to sit on it but I prefer to stand.

See ya.

London Aquarium

As a treat for Alby we decided to head into London and visit the Aquarium.

The aquarium is on the South Bank of the Thames so we visited the London Eye and Big Ben.

Once we arrived at the aquarium Alby was off like a rocket.

He was very excited..!

And ran everywhere to look into the different tanks.

On Sunday we had Jamie and Veronica over for lunch.

In the afternoon we all went for a walk to watch the polo.

Alby helped trample in the divots in the break between chukkas.

Alby and Veronica (who is due in October..!)

This week it was my birthday and I think Alby was more excited to open my presents than I was!

We also went to a village fair down the road from us.

Alby loved the space to run around and was more interested in climbing into the pool than fishing for ducks.

Here is Alby with his mate Gabriel at singing...

And this week we also went TV shopping - Alby and I decided the 3D TV's were the best option.

Our new bubba is due this Sunday and we are all very excited. Anna is trying to be patient.. fingers crossed the little one arrives soon!

We will keep you posted : )

Lastly here is a wee video of Alby playing with Baxter...
