Off To London

This week we decided to head into London. We went on several trains, including the London Underground.

We were heading to the Borough Markets.

Once we get there we met up with Lucie, Uncle Toby's girlfriend.

Chasing pigeons is awesome.

Parks, Picnics, Daffodils and Walking!

We have been having some wonderful weather lately so Mumma has been taking me on lots of walks in the park... She says it's important to get out of the house as much as possible because I tend to 'climb the walls' if I'm left inside for too long. I can't imagine what she means.

I have been practising my walking and am now pretty handy I think. Here I am in my new shoes.

Watching Baxter swim for sticks.

We had a picnic here. There were lots of leaves for me to eat and sticks to give to Baxter.

The daffodils are out and they are pretty amazing. I tried to be very gentle with them...

Dadda is home for a few days so I helped him film the daffodils and then showed him where Baxter likes to swim for sticks.

All this walking is pretty tiring so I sometimes like to have a sleep-in in Mum and Dad's bed.

And afternoon tea with Dad watching the rugby is always fun!

Here are some videos of me walking. See how much better I'm getting?!

I Am One!

Hi Everybody! Guess what? I am now 1 year and 3 days old! It was my birthday on Thursday and Mumma told me I might get some presents so I waited by the window to see when the postman was coming.

He bought me lots of pressies in the mail - and there were more that Mum and Dad got me... I was SO excited.

I was very spoilt and got presents from as far away as New Zealand.

Mum and Dad bought me this cool tunnel. It is very fun.

My friend Gillian from next door came over to say Happy Birthday. She bought me a great Thomas puzzle and a chalk board.

Then we went out for lunch. I looked very grown up.

While I am grateful for and loved all my presents I still think boxes are very fun...

And then guess what happened? I had a birthday party! Mumma and Dadda hired the Village Centre in Englefield Green and lots of my friends came to party.

There was Cat.

And Stan.

And Mylo

With his Mummy Mo.

My NCT friends came.

 Leigh was there and Suzy.

Dan and Nate.

And Keir too.

I was a great help behind the bar.

And then it was time for my birthday cake. My Mummy made it.

I got a bit sad cause Mumma pinged my face with the elastic on my hat...

But I cheered up in time to blow out the candle and cut the cake.

Me and Dad thought it was very delicious.

It was such a lovely party and all my friends were very generous. Mum says I was so spoilt I can have to wait to open all my presents so I get a chance to appreciate them. So this morning I got to open one. It is pretty cool and make lots of fun musical sounds.

So now that I am one I have decided to give this walking thing a go. I am getting better and braver, especially if there is something over there I want.

I also like to make Dadda and Mumma laugh when they say Oh Dear...

So apparently thats it for my birthday this year - well - when I have opened all my presents that is. It was so much fun and I can't wait till this time next year!

See ya!
